Fashion Gallery NY Return & Exchange Policy

At Fashion Gallery NY, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in their original condition
Be free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear

Fashion Gallery NY reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance and sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Any item marked "Final Sale"

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Wendleyj@icloud.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
