  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Free Shipping

Fashion Gallery NY offers free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Fashion Gallery NY is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Fashion Gallery NY is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fashion Gallery NY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist where possible.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

Fashion Gallery NY is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Wendleyj@icloud.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
